Families can contact our office via phone or email to begin the search process. We schedule a time to speak with you about your needs, the kind of household professional you are looking for, and what your expectations are with respect to the search process and the individual you are looking to hire. We will email you a few select resumes to start with, and you can decide who you would like to interview. All of our candidates are fully vetted, background checked, and TrustLine registered. Interviews and trials are scheduled by us, and we confirm everything with you via email. Upon an offer of employment, all references will be made available to you, as well as an up to date background check and TrustLine verification for your records. We are also happy to assist you with drafting employment agreements, nanny/family agreements, and non-disclosure agreements, as well as contract and offer negotiations.

Job Seekers can contact us via phone or email to discuss your job search. To register with One2One Staffing, we schedule a time for you to come in to our office and fill out our application. When you meet with us, we discuss your search in detail, as well as any jobs we have available. We require your full work history, including contact numbers for your references (all of your work experience will be verified). We will take a copy of your updated resume, any letters of recommendations you have, copies of any certifications you have acquired, as well as your TrustLine certification. Don't have a resume? That's OK! We can help you draft a resume, or provide you with examples of resumes so that you can build your own. Placement Fees and Replacement Guarantees
- Our placement fee is calculated from 15% of the applicant's guaranteed annual salary.
- If a second new hire/placement is completed in one household within 6 months of the first, the fee for the second placement is calculated at 12.5% of the applicant's guaranteed annual salary.
- Temporary placement fees are calculated at 15% of the applicant's anticipated duration of employment, with a minimum of $500.
- We offer a one to two-week trial period (determined by the schedule and type of position being offered).
- We offer a one year replacement guarantee*.
